SHOWERING - yes I want you to shower. I have a new challenge for you: Don't let the heel of your feet touch the shower floor. This should do a few things. First, you'll be on your toes the entire shower. It will work your calf muscles while strengthening your support muscles around you ankles. Second, it will increase your balance - especially if you close your eyes. Last, you will save water because you will want to end the pain as quickly as possible. And saving water is a good thing, right?Running
