Juggling: 20. If you can do 20, do 20 on your feet only.
Run Time: Shave off 10 seconds (7:40)
Push ups: 3x8 (only 24 GOOD ones) Remember, Regular, Diamond, Wide.
LegLifts: 2 Minutes (Brush your teeth!)
Quads: Either Wall-Sit or that yet to be named squatting one.
My son told me we should name it the "my dad is a nimrod" exercise. For some reason, I don't think I'll let him out of doing it when practices start back up.
By the way, my 10 year old is only up to 10 juggling. So hopefully you can beat that now.
