Whoops! I have to apologize for the radio silence.
As an apology, I'm trying to upload the "All fall down" video. This is a "smash up" song between Grits, Audio Adrenaline, and Steven Curtis Chapman. That's a combination of hip-hop, rock and pop. What fun.
So we are into a new week which means new goals!
Juggling: 15. If you can do 15, do 15 on your feet only.
Run Time: Shave off 10 seconds (7:50)
Push ups: 3x7 (only 21 good ones) Remember, Regular, Diamond, Wide.
LegLifts: 2 Minutes (Brush your teeth!)
Something new to add to our short excercises, quads.
Last, I would say you should do doubles, but that gets odd inside. So try this one of these two:
Do wall squats. That is, sit agaist the wall with your knees bent to 90 degrees. This week, the challenge is just 60 seconds.
OR
Stand up and put your feet together
Put your palms together, then reach high above your head.
Tilt your head back to look at your hands
Bend your knees to a sitting position and hold it for 10 seconds.
Relax for 10 seconds
Repeat six times.
The person that comes up with a name for this excercise won't have to do it at our first practice.
