Juggling: 30. If you can do 30, do 30 on your feet only.
Run Time: Shave off 10 seconds (7:10)
Push ups: 3x10 (only 30 GOOD ones) Remember, Regular, Diamond, Wide.
LegLifts: 2 Minutes (Brush your teeth!)
BALL SKILL:
Go to your garage, front porch, or bedroom. Do 25- v-backs on each foot. Do 100 if you have time.
Listen, I know what you are thinking. This is so lame, I don't need to practice this. Right. Tell that to Sammy Ochoa or Leo Gonzales who are playing on the Reserve Team rather than the starting 11 like they were supposed to be.
Another comment about the one mile time. By the time I was your age, I was running two miles in less than 12 minutes. That was an expectation by high school soccer (coming soon). And by college, it was expected that I run a five minute mile. So get that run time down. Recover quickly.
In theory, your entire "off season" workout is five minutes of juggling, seven minutes of running, two minutes of brushing your teeth, 30 seconds of push ups, and a few minutes of ball skills. That's not even 20 minutes! And it is even easier if you break it up into small pieces throughout the day.
Keep up the hard work.
