Again, nobody worked harder than David in the off season and now he is one of three Sounders to score a hat trick. Only one of three players in MLS history to score a hat trick on opening day.
NEW GOALS:
Juggling: 30. If you can do 30, do 30 on your feet only.
Run Time: Shave off 10 seconds (7:20)
Push ups: 3x10 (only 30 GOOD ones) Remember, Regular, Diamond, Wide.
LegLifts: 2 Minutes (Brush your teeth!)
Quads: Either Wall-Sit or that yet to be named squatting one.
I'm going to hold here on most of these goals. I do want your run times to get shorter, but we are going to exchange 7 minutes of running distance with 7 minutes of running sprints.

Push ups will increase as well. But only one per week. You can do it. And your bodies will be so ripped for summer your mom will be fighting the girls off of you every time you take your shirt off at the pool.
Don't cheat on me now guys. This is when it is hard to keep up the exercises. Tryouts seem so far away, but they aren't. They are just around the corner. They posted the dates on crossfireselect.com as the third weekend in May.
